License Activation failed during install latest TeeChart 2023

Hi Team,

I am unable to install TeeChart Pro ActiveX(TeeChart2023_0_3_20_ActiveX3264.exe) on my server machine. Getting below error, Please let me know how to proceed ,License is active and valid

Error while activating license:
12029 A connection with the server could not be established

Online License activation has failed.

Hello,

Try replying "No" and try the online activation a second time without closing the installer.
If it still fails, try replying "Yes" and follow the instructions. It should give you a code you could use to activate the installation through the activation form.
