Intraweb/IW 9 Upgrade & IWTeechart

I have today updated my Intraweb 8 to 9 on Delphi 2006. I have edited the Teechart file to require Intraweb_90_100 and Tee710 as per previous instructions bu when i try and install it tells me that the resultant BPL is not a valid Package file ???? Any ideas ???

I've prepared and sent to your registered mail the sources, the compiled files and the example that works fine here for TeeChart v8, IntraWeb v 9.0 and BDS 2006.
