I've seen it should be already possible if the Chart's VerticalOffset property worked with the Gauges as it does in TeeChart .NET.
However, I can't tell you when this will be revised. We are preparing the next maintenance release but I don't think we'll be able to put this into it.

I've added this thread to the ticket description (TJ71016221), so we should contact you when we'll find a solution for it.
On the other hand, being a source code customer allows you to look for the root of the issue yourself and hopefully find a solution sooner than us
